| The Bump-in Form |
| You will receive a bump-in form via email closer to the date of the expo. This form contains important information about setting up procedures, times and dates – please ensure you keep an eye out for this and return it to our office immediately. |

| Upon arrival please check in with expo staff for your exhibitor passes, stand location and any further information you may need on the day. |

Please consider other exhibitors and ensure you bump in at your allocated time. Once unloaded all exhibitors are requested to move their vehicle to a public car park. |

Please consider other exhibitors and ensure you bump in at your allocated time. Exhibitors are requested to park behind Budawang Building during the expo to ensure the car park in front of the building is left clear for visitors. |

| Dismantling booth |
| Exhibitors are permitted to bump-out at will, but please note that no exhibit is to be dismantled prior to 4.00pm. |
| Database + Expo Buzz |
| Within two weeks of the conclusion of the expo you will receive an Expo Buzz email, which includes the database of all the brides who attended the expo. This database is a great marketing tool for you to approach brides-to-be directly to distribute information on your goods or services. However, please note this database is for your own marketing purposes only. You are not able to pass this onto a third party who was not an exhibitor at Your Local Wedding Guide Bridal Expo. To protect your interests as a paid exhibitor, the database is modified and is monitored to ensure it has not been forwarded to unauthorised users. |
| Re-booking your Booth |
| Existing exhibitors will be given the first opportunity to re-book their booth space prior to the expos being opened to general bookings. If you wish to re-book your booth please fill in the online form or alternatively contact your Sales Executive. |
