The Bump-in Form
You will receive a bump-in form via email closer to the date of the expo. If you could please ensure you keep an eye out for this and return it to our office immediately to ensure that the bump-in process runs smoothly. This form contains important information about setting up times and dates
Setting up
Upon arrival please check in with Expo staff as they will direct you to the location of your booth, provide you with the correct number of exhibitor passes, as well as any other important information you may need on the day.
Parking
Please consider other exhibitors and ensure you bump-in at your allocated time. By keeping traffic flowing in the drop-off zones, all exhibitors can keep to their time schedules.
Dismantling booth
Exhibitors are permitted to bump-out at will, but please note that no exhibit is to be dismantled prior to 4.00pm.
Database + Expo Buzz
Within two weeks of the conclusion of the expo you will receive another Expo Buzz from us giving a wrap‑up of the expo and including a database of all the brides who attended the expo. This database is a great marketing tool for you to approach brides-to-be directly to distribute information on your goods or services. However please remember this database is for your own marketing purposes only. You are not able to pass this onto a third party who was not an exhibitor at Your Local Wedding Guide Bridal Expo as it contravenes the terms and conditions of exhibiting at the expo. To protect your interests as a paid exhibitor, the database has been modified and is monitored to ensure it has not been forwarded to unauthorised users. Usually the database is emailed to you in Excel format however if this does not suit you, please notify us in advance.
Re-booking your Booth
A re-booking form is available on our website
www.prespub.com should you wish to re-book your booth or alternatively contact your Advertising Executive. Existing exhibitors will be given first right of refusal to re-book their booth again prior to the expos being opened to general bookings. General bookings will be accepted on a first in, first served basis. No booths will be held unless confirmed with a deposit. Balance of payment is then required by the deadline date shown on your Tax Invoice or the booth may be resold. |
